WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF CLAIM/ACCIDENT/VEHICLE THEFT

You MUST report all claims prior to leaving Mexico and recrossing the border into the USA. Failure to file a claim prior to leaving Mexico may result in the DENIAL of your claim.

IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT:

	Remain calm, do not leave the scene of the accident, unless directed by Mexico authorities.

	For accidents in Baja - report the accident to the Mexico Emergency Phone number of 066. This is similar to the U.S Emergency number 911.

	Call your Mexico Insurance Company Toll Free Number and Report the claim.

You can check the status of your claim after returning to the USA by calling the US Claims number.
